Return Policy

Some reasons for returning a product purchased from our online store:

  1. Wrong item received – different from what was ordered, incorrect size/colour, missing parts/accessories.
  2. Quality issues - defective/damaged product, poor quality/workmanship.
  3. Performance issues - product does not function as described, does not meet stated specifications, not compatible with intended use.

Return Period

  • Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Returns must include original packaging, accessories and/or have all tags attached
  • Items must be unused and in resaleable condition

Return Process

  1. Request return via email providing all the necessary details
  2. Package item securely and drop off at location where initially collected
  3. Refund processed within 5-7 business days after receipt

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Clothing and Intimate apparel
  • Perishable goods
  • Clearance items (discounted, slightly damaged, last items in stock)

Defective Items

  • Report defects within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of damage
  • Replacement or refund at our discretion

Refunds

  • Can either be cash or store credit
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days

Exchanges

  • Available within return period
  • Subject to product availability
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded
